SDLANCH Holds Safety Drills for Workplace Safety Month
This June marks the 25th National Workplace Safety Month.To thoroughly implement safety production requirements and effectively enhance the risk anticipation and emergency response capabilities of all employees, SDLANCH Group organized and conducted a special training session titled “Identification and Rectification of Potential Risks and Hazards” on June 30, 2026. By promoting learning through training and building defenses through practical insights, the initiative successfully rooted safety concepts deeply into the minds and actions of the workforce.
I. Dedicated Training: Fortifying the First Line of Defense
During the training session, the head of the Group’s manufacturing plant delivered a systematic lecture centered around the theme of “Everyone Speaks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency — Identifying and Rectifying Potential Risks and Hazards.” Tailored closely to frontline production realities, the presentation covered essential safety production laws, regulations, and standardized emergency response protocols.
Through this theoretical training, all employees gained a more profound understanding of the critical importance of workplace safety, acquiring a clearer grasp of daily safety compliance and emergency workflows. Safety is not merely a system hung on the wall, but an operational code of conduct integrated into every single procedure.
II. Hands-On Drills: Preventing Hazards Before They Arise
Following the theoretical coursework, the Group organized a comprehensive, hands-on fire extinguishing drill for all staff members. Under the live guidance of the plant manager, employees personally practiced the standard operational steps for using fire extinguishers: pulling the pin, aiming at the base of the fire, squeezing the lever, and sweeping from side to side.
As the proverb goes, “What we learn from books is superficial; to understand it thoroughly, we must practice it ourselves.” By actively engaging with real-world fire suppression scenarios, every employee not only mastered the correct use of firefighting equipment but also enhanced their calm judgment and rapid responsiveness during unexpected emergencies.
III. Banner Signing: A Solid Commitment to Safety Responsibility
At the conclusion of the training and practical drills, all employees solemnly signed their names on a themed banner bearing the slogan: “Everyone Speaks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency — Identifying and Rectifying Potential Risks and Hazards.” Every signature represents a profound layer of responsibility, and every stroke embodies a solid commitment. By signing their names, the workforce officially pledged to uphold the safety of themselves, their fellow colleagues, and the well-being of their families.
