Luanqi Group Holds Full-Employee Safety Warning Education Conference
Luanqi Group Holds Full-Employee Safety Warning Education Conference and Safety Reflection Discussion
Alarm Bells Ring to Guard the Bottom Line; Unity of Purpose Safeguards Safety
On October 17, Luanqi Group organized the 2026 Full-Employee Safety Warning Education Conference and the Safety Reflection and Discussion Campaign. The meeting was held to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Group's safety production warning conference, to draw deep lessons from recent typical accidents, to firmly establish the red-line awareness of safe production, and to solidify safety responsibility across every employee — driving safety management deeper and more effectively through regular, normalized warning education.
A Focused and Representative Attendance
The conference was attended by the Company's principal leaders, the Production Director, the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Manager, as well as management and above from the R&D Technology Department, Quality Inspection Department, Procurement Department, Warehouse & Planning, and Equipment Maintenance. The wide-ranging attendance underscored that safety production is not the concern of a single department, but a systemic responsibility that runs through the entire operation — from design and production to quality control, procurement, storage, and equipment upkeep.
Conveying the Spirit and Confronting the Reality
During the meeting, the Company conveyed the spirit of the higher-level safety production meeting and reported on Luanqi Group's 2026 safety production situation and typical accident cases. A key message was clearly delivered: middle-level safety management is currently the weakest link in the Company's safety production system. This honest self-assessment reflects the Group's determination to look problems squarely in the eye rather than glossing over them.
The participants collectively watched the 2026 typical accident case warning education film. The painful lessons depicted in the film struck a deep chord with everyone present, serving as a vivid and sobering reminder that behind every accident lies a lapse in awareness, a gap in responsibility, or a weakness in execution.
Leadership's Firm Message: Guard the Bottom Line with Reverence
In his speech, the Company's principal leader stressed the need to fully recognize the extremely severe situation of current safety production. He urged all employees to:
Deeply analyze their own problems and gaps — no matter how good the overall performance, any hidden danger at any link can lead to irreversible consequences;
Resolutely implement the spirit of higher-level meetings — turning policy requirements into concrete, executable actions at every level;
Maintain a sense of responsibility of "never letting go of worries" (时时放心不下) — approaching every task with the mindset that safety must never be taken lightly;
Adopt an attitude of reverence, "as if treading on thin ice and standing at the edge of a deep abyss" (如履薄冰、如临深渊) — treating safety production with the utmost caution and humility.
These words set the tone for the entire campaign: safety is not a slogan but a living discipline that must be observed in every shift, every task, and every operation.
Safety Reflection and Discussion Campaign: From Conference Room to the Front Line
Immediately following the conference, the Company launched the Safety Reflection and Discussion Campaign. Leaders responsible for safety production and department heads from production units went deep into each work team (班组), leading all employees in reflecting and speaking one by one based on the accident cases and the learning content.
The discussions went far beyond surface-level talk. Participants were asked to conduct in-depth analysis of the problems and deficiencies in their own positions and teams across six key dimensions:
Ideological awareness — whether safety consciousness has truly taken root or has merely become a matter of routine;
System implementation — whether rules and regulations are being executed strictly or have fallen into formalism;
Risk identification — whether hazards at each post are being recognized early and accurately;
"Three Violations" control — the management of violating operating procedures, violating labor discipline, and commanding against rules;
Outsourcing and external collaboration management — whether third-party operations are being supervised to the same standard;
Emergency response — whether employees are truly prepared to handle unexpected incidents.
Through this structured reflection, the campaign produced two concrete deliverables: a problem list and an improvement measures list. Each issue was documented, and corresponding corrective actions were defined, ensuring that the discussion translated into real, trackable change rather than ending as a one-off activity.
Building a Solid Safety Production Defense Line
The ultimate goal of the campaign is to build a solid defense line for safety production. By empowering every employee to identify risks, reflect on their own practices, and take ownership of safety, Luanqi Group aims to create a culture where safety is everyone's business — from the management office to the factory floor.
Regular warning education, combined with team-level reflection and discussion, forms the Group's ongoing mechanism for keeping safety awareness fresh and preventing complacency. As the Company's leadership emphasized, safety production knows no holidays and no exceptions. It is a long-term, never-ending commitment.
A Commitment to Continuous Improvement
Moving forward, Luanqi Group will continue to strengthen its safety management system, enhance risk prevention capabilities, and maintain the high-pressure stance against any behavior that violates safety rules. The Company remains committed to protecting the lives and well-being of its employees, ensuring the stability of production operations, and fulfilling its responsibility to every family behind every employee.
